Vice-Chairperson BENNIETTA T. JARBO is an ECOWAS and UN trained Arms control Expert, a Researcher, a Trainer, Development Practitioner, monitoring and evaluation skills, an Accountant, Administrator, Advocate for women's in Arms control, a Dedicated Public Servant with twelve (12) years of professional experiences in Arms control and related issues at national and international levels and over 15 years of professional work experience in various capacities at LiNCSA, the National Legislature, UNHCR and ICRC.
She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Management from the Stella Maris Polytechnic and is a Graduate of Master in Public Administration with emphasis in Public Sector management at the Cuttington University Graduate School and several Certificates in Arms Control and Management.
As a Professional, she has provided development expertise in programs management and grant administration to the Liberia National Commission on Small Arms, Developed, Designed and implemented awareness and sensitization projects.
She's trained in the areas of quality control, financial management, arms control measures, participatory development and training/capacity building activities by ECOWAS, United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, Region Center for Small Arms under the European Union/African Union Small Arms Control Project, Kofi Annan International Peace-Keeping Training Centre.
