The Gender Section’s role is to support the Commission in carrying out its responsibility to implement gender mainstreaming. The position is linked to the promotion of gender equality within the Commission - i.e. establishing and maintaining gender balance, addressing work/life issues, harassment, and assuring a gender sensitive work environment at LiNCSA.
