The Liberia National Commission on Small Arms (LiNCSA) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Section is headed by the ICT Security Specialist and Deputise by the System Administrator. The ICT Section plans, operates and supports the Commission’s IT infrastructure; enable the Commission employees to carry out their roles efficiently, productively and securely. The section has the mandate to meet multiples security and technical needs, provide a secure ICT infrastructure for classified records of National Security Institutions and civilian’s arms database, consistent with international best practice. The head of the Section is to report directly to the Chairman of the Commission.
